Kier has been engaged in the design industry since 2000. She is a mutli award-winning residential designer with a strong commercial and retail framework. Over her career Kier has worked in many different disciplines of design including high-end residential design, retail design, retail design management, heritage design, and adaptive re-use, commercial base building and office interior fit-out.
